Shipping Information
Azur ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Alaska and Hawaii. Orders requiring shipment to international destinations and other U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) are subject to special handling as indicated below.†

We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

The cost for shipping is based on a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional smaller fees for each item in that shipment. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating your shipping charge. (For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii see * below).

* For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional shipping charge of $10.00 for Standard, $10.00 for Express or $15.00 for Premium deliveries will be added to the shipping rates above.

** For item AZ-0090 Azur Product Brochure, Cards, and Information Leaflet (12-pack), the Per Item Fee is $1.99. For item AZ-0100 Azur IDBO Registration Pack (5-pack), the Per Item Fee is $3.99.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling toll-free 1-888-698-3275. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.

Returns & Exchanges
We'll gladly accept returns for any unused Azur products with their original unaltered freshness seal, upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Shipping/handling fees are refunded only if the product is defective, being recalled, or erroneously shipped by Azur. Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
  2. You must include the packing invoice and all original packaging materials.
  3. Please circle the item you wish to return on the copy of your original packing invoice form and write the reason for your return on the back of the invoice.
  4. Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.
  5. Mail your return using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail) to:

    We cannot accept CODs for returned merchandise.

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our customer service department.

Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which purchases were charged.

We will issue a refund within 2 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time.
